Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (In-House – Corporate Payroll)

An in-house expert responsible for managing, controlling, and enhancing the Odoo ERP system, acting as a bridge between business users and the external implementation partner.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise Odoo ERP implementation and customization

Act as single point of contact between Al Haramain team and implementation partner (Hashcode)

Review and validate functional requirements, SSR, and deliverables

Handle report customization, development coordination, and testing

Control user access, roles, and system security

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process compliance

Track project timelines, pending issues, and escalation

Support integration (e-commerce, POS, logistics, APIs)

Participate in UAT, training, and go-live support

Ensure alignment with UAE compliance (WPS, VAT, audit requirements)
