Tele callers or Tele sales JD Contact existing and potential customers and inform them about companys product and services Answer politely about customers enquiries Understand customers requirements Database management Must meet sales quota Keep record of calls and sales Effective and clear communication Obtaining lists of individuals contact information Must be a cool tempered and able to handle rejection Address complaints and resolve issuesEligibility Minimum 3 months of proven experience as a Tele caller Good command over language (Kannada) Interpersonal skills (Positive attitude, listening, team work)
