• Contact existing and potential customers and inform them about company’s product and services

• Answer politely about customer’s enquiries

• Understand customers’ requirements

• Database management

• Must meet sales quota

• Keep record of calls and sales

• Effective and clear communication

• Must be a cool tempered and able to handle rejection

• Address complaints and resolve issues

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 months of proven experience as a Tele caller

• Good command over language (Kannada)
