The Client Relationship Executive will act as a liaison between clients and internal product, ensuring a seamless digital journey and closure.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Management: Client Retention & Satisfaction: Sales & Upselling:o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that may benefit the client.o Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts, while also maintaining existing client relationships.
