Job description- A telesales job for a loan process involves contacting potential customers to promote loan products and services.- The telesales representative will be responsible for explaining the various loan options available, answering customer questions, and helping customers to decide which loan option is best for them.- They must also be able to close the sale and ensure that the customer is satisfied with their decision.
