We are seeking graphic designers to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.Responsibilities:Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Communicating with clients about layout and design.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for course illustrations, with software such as photoshop.Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.Requirements:Freshers with required skills can also apply.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a good portfolio.Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.A strong eye for visual composition.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Required Software Skills:Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

-- To strategize, direct and ensure timely and correct implementation ofnew policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals-- Train the entire organization on usage of Tools and ensure its smoothimplementation and running,Act as a subject matter expert for the Tools-- Do monthly Performance measurements and reporting to the Operationshead and Management and suggest correcting action where ever applicable-- Conduct Yearly PMS using the KRAs and the leadership attributes gridto be prepared for the organizationKey responsibility :-- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-- Define HR business system-dependent schedules procedures Payroll, HR,Benefits, including holiday schedules etc-- Responsible for developing a cost effective manpower planning chartensuring optimization of resources for all functions.-- To manage manpower cost vis profitability of the company, ensure mostcompetitive resources are attracted in the budgeted cost-- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment-- Creation and communication of KRAs and KPIs to all the employees andmeasuring the same-- Provide leadership, strategic direction and establish guidance forthe administration of HR, benefits, and payroll-- Create Skill Matrix for the organization
