Duties And Responsibilities* Attending customers, opening job card on Tablet as per discussion with customers.* Vehicle tracking providing timely updates to the customers* Vehicle Delivery with clear precise invoice along with a detailed explanation.* Job Card closing preparing invoice* Briefing Customers on the New Service Experience* Explaining services after delivery app facilities on call.* Technical coordination with regards to repairs along with customer coordination explaining him the technicalities prior to service.* Ensure vehicle cleanliness protection through the application of protective covers like fender cover, seat cover etc.* Provide a Road Test along with the customer during receiving and delivery* Provide clear cost estimate and update customer if any changes.* Collecting payments depositing it to the cashier* Taking Instant Feedback from the customer at the time of delivery.* Escorting customer to the vehicle.* Post Service follow up with the customers on the 3rd Day* Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints within 48 hours Skills SKILLS* Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills.* Efficient Product Knowledge.* Should be very patient and should possess good listening and understanding skills.* Documentation Skills, Good Listening Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing information Multi - tasking.* Self - motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All Social Guidelines in Place
