Position: Associate Manager , Division: Company Law Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Company Law and related areasIndustry: CA FirmSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.. In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, FEMA, NCLT procedures, and other relevant laws. Strong understanding of funding raising, M&A, and secretarial due diligence. Leadership and management skills to lead and mentor a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to liaise with RBI, Banks, and other stakeholders effectively Roles and Responsibilities:Handle matters related to Company Law, LLP, and Partnership firms. Possess expert knowledge in ODI, FDI, Debt funding, NBFC, and ensure meticulous compliance with RBI regulations. Company Law Proficiency: Client facing and client handling and team handling Certificate of Practice (COP)/ Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Practice (COP). Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutes. RBI Matters Handle FEMA matters, ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines. NCLT Matters: Attend NCLT matters for compounding and other hearings. Liaise with RBI, Banks, and key stakeholders on various RBI compounding matters. Funding Raising and M&A: Handle secretarial matters related to funding raising and mergers & acquisitions. Secretarial & FEMA Due Diligence: Conduct secretarial and FEMA due diligence for various transactions. Stamp Duty & Sub-Registrar Matters: Proficiency in handling stamp duty and sub-registrar matters. Leadership and Management: Demonstrate leadership and management skills to effectively lead and manage the team.
