Position: Associate Manager ,

Division: Company Law

Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Company Law and related areas

Industry: CA Firm

Skills and Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree in Law or related field..

∙In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, FEMA, NCLT procedures, and other relevant

laws.

∙Strong understanding of funding raising, M&A, and secretarial due diligence.

∙Leadership and management skills to lead and mentor a team.

∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

∙Ability to liaise with RBI, Banks, and other stakeholders effectively

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle matters related to Company Law, LLP, and Partnership firms.

∙Possess expert knowledge in ODI, FDI, Debt funding, NBFC, and ensure meticulous

compliance with RBI regulations.

∙Company Law Proficiency: Client facing and client handling and team handling

∙Certificate of Practice (COP)/ Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Practice (COP).

∙Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutes.

∙RBI Matters

∙Handle FEMA matters, ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines.

∙NCLT Matters:

∙Attend NCLT matters for compounding and other hearings.

∙Liaise with RBI, Banks, and key stakeholders on various RBI compounding matters.

∙Funding Raising and M&A:

∙Handle secretarial matters related to funding raising and mergers & acquisitions.

∙Secretarial & FEMA Due Diligence:

∙Conduct secretarial and FEMA due diligence for various transactions.

∙Stamp Duty & Sub-Registrar Matters:

∙Proficiency in handling stamp duty and sub-registrar matters.

∙Leadership and Management:

∙Demonstrate leadership and management skills to effectively lead and manage the team.
