Gathering hiring requirements in coordination with the HR Manager Designing and updating job descriptions post confirmation from HR Manager Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc) Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Employee Onboarding formalities Employee Offboarding/Exit formalities Employee engagement activities Employee record keeping Statutory compliances PF, ESI, Labor laws etcA generic knowledge & basic hands-on Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of departmental activities to HR Manager Employee record keeping Assisting in various Admin related activities Adherence to timelines Working closely with the HR Manager and being a bridge in the department General coordination as assigned by the HR Manager
