• gathering hiring requirements in coordination with the hr manager
• designing and updating job descriptions post confirmation from hr manager
• sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (naukri, indeed, shine, linkedin, etc)
• crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• screen incoming resumes and application forms
• interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• employee onboarding formalities
• employee offboarding/exit formalities
• employee engagement activities
• employee record keeping
• statutory compliances –pf, esi, labor laws etc–a generic knowledge & basic hands-on
• daily, weekly & monthly reporting of departmental activities to hr manager
• employee record keeping
• assisting in various admin related activities
• adherence to timelines
• working closely with the hr manager and being a bridge in the department
