Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and plan feature workflows.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on specifications for web and mobile apps.- Design scalable, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring the optimal placement of tabs, filters, and UI components.- Use Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision to produce designs that align with business goals and user needs.- Maintain a forward-thinking approach to design with a focus on long-term scalability and usability for future design expansions possible.- Ensure design consistency and adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:>> Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather product/service requirements and provide pricing details.>> Vendor Negotiation: Contact vendors to request quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure vendors align with the clients budget and requirements.>> Sales Coordination: Negotiate and convince vendors to provide products within the clients budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.>> Post-Sales Support: After service delivery, follow up with clients to gather feedback, and log any issues or bug tickets into the ERP system.>> Customer Service: Track and follow up on trouble tickets logged in the system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.Reporting: Keep accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and service delivery statuses.

Key Responsibilities: Development & Maintenance:o Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel 11.o Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Next.js applications with back-end APIs. Database Management:o Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.o Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues. System Design:o Architect and implement scalable and maintainable system designs.o Collaborate with the team to evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks. Code Collaboration:o Work collaboratively with other developers using Git for version control.o Review and merge pull requests, ensuring code quality and consistency. Testing & Debugging:o Perform thorough testing of the codebase to ensure reliability and robustness.o Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Best Practices:o Adhere to and enforce coding standards and best practices.o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
