Minimum experience of 1 year (on-paper) in Technical Support Campaign. Should have vast knowledge in Computer Basics. Knowledge in Office 365 and other MS office versions. Knowledge about Windows updates. Knowledge about Windows 7, 8, 8.1 & 10. Basic knowledge in Mac / Mac-book Download, Install, Activation, going back to previous version. Knowledge about installing / uninstalling antivirus and it's trouble shooting. Knowledge about remote support, restore point, basics of printer routers. Knowledge about networking and email troubleshooting
