 Minimum experience of 1 year (on-paper) in Technical Support Campaign.

 Should have vast knowledge in Computer Basics.

 Knowledge in Office 365 and other MS office versions.

 Knowledge about Windows updates.

 Knowledge about Windows 7, 8, & 10.

 Basic knowledge in Mac / Mac-book

 Download, Install, Activation, going back to previous version.

 Knowledge about installing / uninstalling antivirus and it's trouble shooting.

 Knowledge about remote support, restore point, basics of printer routers.

 Knowledge about networking and email troubleshooting
