1. Drafting Modular Kitchen and wardrobes2. Detailing the drawings and making it look extremely professional3. Quick in making Electrical, Plumbing & tile drawings for Kitchen ( MEP )4. Need to be very good at calculation for taking out the Bill of Quantites ( BOQ ) and areas5. Good Command in 3Dsoftwares. Eg. Sketchup, KD-Max6. Should have a good material knowledge7. Site measurements & Supervision

1. Take site measurements.2. Extremely knowledgeable to handle kitchen sites3. Understand drawings - Layout , electrical, plumbing, tile and get the same executed atthe site or on the call with the contractors.4. Should be able to speak to the clients confidently regarding the same.5. Should be able to find errors at site or drawings and quickly get the same amended6. Excellent in communicating and documenting the same with the designers & draftsmen.7. Need to make the order on Excel8. Need to have constant follow up with all the manufacturers and vendors and get the PIfor approval9. Need to have the knowledge of checking and approving the Performa Invoice ( PI ) fromthe manufacturer10. Tally the material as per the quotation.11. Needs to make sure to get the project completed before the committed time.12. Should head the execution of the entire project single handedly and responsibly.
