Writing JDs and posting to relevant job portals/ social media. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telecon, Video or in person Interviews with the Business directly. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager, take the feedback and schedule the Interviews. Band/ Level Fitment, CTQs check. Connect with HRBP for all the mandates. Offering Job Positions and completing the relevant paperwork, Documentation. Keeping track of all the applicants. Keeping applicants informed on the application process. Creating weekly/ monthly reports. Cadence Call with HRBP and Business/ Hiring Managers. MIS, Dashboards. Maintaining candidate Database and Trackers. Desired Skill: Bachelors degree. Must have worked on RPO Model earlier. Good Understanding of IT Roles. Dynamic, Confident & Good Com Skills. Solid Understanding of sourcing Techniques, RPO Model, Stakeholder Management.
