Support all processes in their reporting needs and providing the operations team data for RPO India and US Teams. Capacity Planning and Headcount / Leave Management. Drive Automation of Production Reports, Performance Tuning and Optimization Responsible for maintaining Business Continuity process & Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP & DRP) for RPO MIS Governing Corporate Policies and Compliances.Eligible Criteria: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience. Good to have- 1-2 years of People Management experience Excellent Presentation both Oral and Written Skills are required. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong Analytical and Strategic skills Willingness to work in different shifts (US Time Zone) Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques to improve the process and performance Any GraduationTechnical / Application / Domain Skillsets: MS Excel 2010 / VBA MS Access 2010 / VBA MS PowerPoint 2010 SQL Server 2008 R2 (Basic T-SQL Knowledge and Database Concept) Basic Oracle PL/SQL Avaya CMS / IEX / Nice WFM Tools Crystal Reports XI IBM Cognos Tools Any Analytical Tools Any Domain Knowledge will be added advantages.
