• support all processes in their reporting needs and providing the operations team data for rpo india and us teams.
• capacity planning and headcount / leave management.
• drive automation of production reports, performance tuning and optimization
• responsible for maintaining business continuity process & disaster recovery plan (bcp & drp) for rpo mis
• governing corporate policies and compliances.
eligible criteria:
• minimum of 4-7 years of experience.
• good to have- 1-2 years of people management experience
• excellent presentation both oral and written skills are required.
• proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• strong analytical and strategic skills
• willingness to work in different shifts (us time zone)
• knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques to improve the process and performance
• any graduation

• ms excel 2010 / vba

• sql server 2008 r2 (basic t-sql knowledge and database concept)
