Responsibilities:- Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have 1 - 3 years of experience of selling residential properties. - Candidates with experience in Independent Floors/ Builder Floors sales in Delhi Ncr will be preferred. -Should be capable of building and managing a team. -Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results. -Provide inputs to the marketing and product research team to build strategy. -Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues. -Should have Excellent communication skills and be highly confident. -Well versed in dealing with clients and Developers. -Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close deals. -Willingness to learn new skills and take new responsibilities. -Has a growth mindset, self motivated and passionate for sales. -Basic Proficiency in MS Office - word, ppt and excel. -Should have a 2/ 4 wheeler. -Immediate Joiners are preferred. -Understanding clients requirements and creating a sales funnel. -Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations to clients. -Organise meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them. -Follow up with clients and handle objections. -Negotiate and close deals. -Building and managing a sales team of 2 - 5 team members. -Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
