The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to achieve sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and understand the industrial weighing and analytical equipment market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution:Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and institutional customer segments.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Account Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Product Knowledge:Develop in-depth knowledge of Acurels product range, including weighing scales and analytical equipment from Ohaus, Shimadzu, and ADI Controls.Territory Management:Plan and execute sales activities within the assigned territory.Conduct regular client visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups.Market Intelligence:Collect and report market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and product improvement.Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and target achievements.Qualifications:Experience: 13 years in field sales, preferably in industrial weighing scales, analytical equipment, or related industrial products.Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.Skills: Strong sales orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Why Join Us?Work with industry-leading products and globally trusted brandsSupportive, growth-oriented environment in a dynamic MSMECompetitive salary with performance-based incentives
