We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in the Bagru Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and an I.T.I. qualification. This role requires a dedicated individual who is familiar with CNC machinery and programming.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Program CNC Machines:** Write and edit programs for CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare and set up CNC machines, including installing tools and fixtures to get them ready for operations.- **Inspect Parts:** Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure that parts meet specifications. Use measuring tools to check dimensions and tolerances.- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Quickly identify and resolve any problems or malfunctions in the CNC machinery during operation to minimize downtime.- **Maintain Equipment:** Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to keep them in good working condition and ensure safety.- **Document Procedures:** Keep accurate records of production processes, machining operations, and any maintenance performed on the equipment.Required skills and expectations include:- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and processes.- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.- Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report on machinery status.
