CNC Programmer - Bagru Industrial Area Jaipur

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in the Bagru Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and an . qualification. This role requires a dedicated individual who is familiar with CNC machinery and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program CNC Machines: Write and edit programs for CNC machines based on technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.

- Set Up Machines: Prepare and set up CNC machines, including installing tools and fixtures to get them ready for operations.

- Inspect Parts: Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure that parts meet specifications. Use measuring tools to check dimensions and tolerances.

- Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly identify and resolve any problems or malfunctions in the CNC machinery during operation to minimize downtime.

- Maintain Equipment: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to keep them in good working condition and ensure safety.

- Document Procedures: Keep accurate records of production processes, machining operations, and any maintenance performed on the equipment.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and processes.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

- Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
