Ensure efficient follow-ups with customers and maintain high service standards. Arranging home visits for clients till site.Ideal Candidate Profile: Must have Excellent / Fluent communication skills. Minimum 6 months experience required in Outbound / Inbound calling or Customer Service profile. Must have Client Handling skills. Need a self-motivated go-getter. Should have location awareness for Bangalore. Knowledge of East Bangalore and Industry trends is an advantage.
