Set clear sales goals, performance targets, and KPIs for the sales team, and monitor progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimization.5. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to sales team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry to generate leads and business opportunities.7. Oversee the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.8. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure efficient execution of sales processes.9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, market segments, and areas for expansion.10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and profitability.Requirements:1. Meeting Attendance and Acceptance of Every Tele-marketer Should Be Taken On Training Sheet. reporting to Heads By Daily Mis Report. should Be Aware for Competior Analysis and Current Market News and other Project Rates and also have Complete and Correct Information About Our Project.
