Core ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within target industries.Technical Consultation Knowledge/Experience: Conduct on-site audits and demonstrations of ESD products (e.g., anti-static flooring, ionizers, and workstations, Conveyor, Esd/Non Esd Bins, PPE Crate/box/storage, HDR Racks, ESD Mat) to show how they prevent static-related damage to sensitive components.Relationship Management: Maintain and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities for new ESD innovations.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for static control equipment and consumables.Reporting & Data Management: Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in Electronics Engineering or Physics is highly preferred for technical sales roles.Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the electronics, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ESD safety protocols and the ability to explain technical specifications of static control products.Physical Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently to visit client facilities, factories, for audits and site evaluations.(Must have Bike)One year Experience With ESD Industries.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue Growth: Monthly/Quarterly sales target achievement.Client Conversion: Success rate of turning qualified leads into active customers.Market Share: Expansion of company presence within a specific geographical territory.Customer Retention: Ensuring repeat business through proactive after-sales support.Contact Us - Jasvendra Singh (Operation Manager) - 9354108324
