Lead Generation & Market Expansion Research and identify potential clients in targeted segments such as residential buildings, commercial offices, retail stores, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, online platforms, and industry events. Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM or sales tracking tools. 2. Client Interaction & Needs Analysis Understand customer requirements related to HVAC systems and offer appropriate solutions. Conduct site visits to assess project scope in coordination with the technical team. Present company credentials, services, and technical capabilities professionally. 3. Proposal Management & Negotiation Prepare and submit detailed proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and quotations. Engage in commercial and technical discussions with clients. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project timelines within company guidelines. 4. Collaboration & Project Coordination Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy in offerings. Follow up on project approvals, payments, and documentation with clients. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution, and address client concerns promptly. 5. Reporting & Strategy Maintain detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and project updates. Submit weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager with insights and future action plans.
