- Responsible for driving channel sales in the assigned territory- This includes identifying potential sales channels, building relationships with them, and negotiating deals to increase sales.- Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending events- The sales executive must actively seek out new potential customers and create opportunities for sales conversion.- Conduct field sales visits to meet with clients and finalize deals- The role requires the sales executive to be comfortable with face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and pitch products/services effectively.- Achieve sales targets set by the company- The sales executive is expected to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation techniques.Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- The sales executive must be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to build relationships and close deals.- Proven track record in channel sales and lead generation- The ideal candidate should have a successful history of driving sales through various channels and generating quality leads.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- The sales executive should be self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets, while also collaborating with team members for support.
