The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.QualificationsExperience in Field Service, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skillsStrong Customer Service skillsPreventive Maintenance experienceExcellent communication and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred but not requiredExperience working in the printing industry is a plusMust be willing to travel extensively as the job requires it
