Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain customer databases by entering and updating relevant information. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Meet individual and team targets, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity goals.
