• planning, performance and growth through strategy, insights and cross-functional activities
• setup business in new areas including– infrastructure setup, new team hiring, tie-up with different stakeholder, operation setup, marketing campaign with limited budget
• onboarding, managing and expanding network of premium facilities – doctors, hospitals and pathologies etc and keep them live
• managing partnerships and building relations for better business outcomes
• training of team in facility management and soft skills
• timely planning of monthly activity calendar like healthcare camps, trainings, route plans, etc and ensure its successful execution
• communicate schemes and offers to the area managers and ensures their implementation
• ensure successful launch of new product
• ensure sop adherence and suggest any amendments
• collating and reporting competition field activities
• suggest new business opportunities during monthly leadership meetings
