Hi, my name is Imran. I need a few good callers to make calls to homeowners in the USA to inquire whether they are interested in selling their house or not. I also need a few individuals to send out SMS to homeowners in the USA to inquire whether they are interested in selling their house or not.

I will provide you with,

Calling Scripts/SMS Script

Calling Sheets/SMS Sheets

Calling App access with login credentials. So you will not have to incur any phone charges.

SMS App access with login credentials. So you will not have to incur any SMS charges.

Things which will you have to acquire yourself to perform this work

Computer or Laptop

High-Speed Internet 30mbps at least

Fluency in English

Knowledge of using google sheets to make notes etc

Knowledge of using calling apps like Mojo Dialer and RingCentral or any other app which I decide on.

This is not a permanent job. You will be given an assignment as per the availability.

You will be paid at the rate of per hr per assignment. So if you make calls for me for 6 hours or send SMS for me for 6 hours, you will be paid /-

You will need to make 80 to 100 calls per hour or send out 400 SMS with the apps which is easily manageable.

If I like your performance I may bump up your pay to Rs. 200 per hr per assignment.

All this work will have to be done according to USA timings. So you will most likely be working late night.
