job description:

we are looking for a skilled website developer with hands-on experience in wordpress and

php development to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,

developing and maintaining websites, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

key responsibilities:

● develop and customize wordpress themes and plugins as per business requirements.

● work with php to build and enhance website functionality.

● troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website performance issues.

● ensure website security, optimization, and responsiveness.

● collaborate with designers, content creators, and seo teams to enhance user

experience.

● integrate third-party apis, payment gateways, and other web services.

● maintain and update existing websites as per new requirements.

● write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

required skills & qualifications:

● proficiency in wordpress development, including theme customization and plugin

development.

● strong knowledge of php, mysql, html, css, javascript, and jquery.

● experience with woocommerce, elementor, or other wordpress page builders.

● understanding of website security, performance optimization, and seo best

practices.

● hands-on experience with rest apis, ajax, and third-party integrations.

● familiarity with git, version control systems, and deployment processes.

● ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

preferred qualifications:

● experience with custom wordpress plugin development.

● knowledge of laravel or other php frameworks (optional but a plus).

● exposure to cloud hosting environments (aws, digital ocean, etc.) (optional but a

plus).
