The Wealth Manager will be responsible for team recruitment, team handling, and team development to drive sales and achieve business targets. The role involves managing a team of financial advisors and ensuring high levels of productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Team Recruitment & Development

Recruit, train, and groom a team of financial advisors and relationship managers.

Ensure proper onboarding, product training, and motivation of team members.

*Team Handling:*

Lead, monitor, and guide the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Review team performance periodically and take corrective actions for improvement.

*Compliance & Reporting:*

Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports of your team to management.

*Key Skills & Competencies:*

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of financial products (life insurance, investments, mutual funds).

Ability to train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
