team recruitment & development

recruit, train, and groom a team of financial advisors and relationship managers.

ensure proper onboarding, product training, and motivation of team members.

review team performance periodically and take corrective actions for improvement.

*compliance & reporting:*

ensure adherence to company policies, irdai regulations, and compliance guidelines.
