We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Sweden. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of relevant experience and an educational background in vocational training or advanced diploma courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency in receiving, storing, and shipping products. This includes monitoring workflow and productivity levels.
- Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers, providing training and support to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and effectively.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all staff.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational challenges that occur in the warehouse, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
