Looking For Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Warehouse Operations Manager for our Gujarat location. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with accounts and logistics teams. Knowledge of Tally is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, and dispatch

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation

Handle billing, vouchers, entries, and reports in Tally

Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts departments

Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatch

Manage warehouse documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery challans, stock registers)

Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness inside the warehouse

Monitor manpower and daily operational activities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and service partners

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream); commerce background preferred

years of experience any industry of accountant

Strong working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting

Experience in inventory management and warehouse processes

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication)

Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage operations independently
