Opening Warehouse Manager in Canada

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in Canada and Sweden. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience in warehouse management and will work from our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee daily operations:** Manage the daily activities in the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out while maintaining safety standards.

- **Team management:** Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals, fostering a positive work environment.

- **Inventory control:** Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

- **Safety and compliance:** Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to keep the workplace safe.

- **Process optimization:** Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- **Shipping and receiving coordination:** Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of orders.
