VOIP SUPPORT ENGINEER (LEVEL III)

Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.

Good knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat).

Working knowledge in any one open source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio.

Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like wireshark, tcpdump, etc.

Good knowledge of tools like sipp, fail2ban & IPtables.

Should have proper understanding of Networking concepts

Should have Good troubleshooting skills.

Good knowledge of Mysql Database.

Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add advantage.

Excellent communication skill & Problem solving attitude

Good experience in Client Support
