2+ years of experience in VoIP-related problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting

Solid knowledge of VoIP protocols - SIP, RTP, SDP, RTCP, TCP, UDP

Strong network troubleshooting skills, including analyzing packet captures using tools such as Wireshark

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (is a must)
