6 week offs in a month

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling calls /queries/requests pertaining to product and service for inbound/ outbound calls effectively.

Complaint Management. &Solving Customer grievances.

Applying process/product knowledge in replying to customers.

Looking for Sales / Collections background profiles!!!

Qualification : 12th / any degree.
