1. Machine Setup: Setting up CNC and VMC machines according to job specifications, including

loading necessary tools, fixtures, and materials.

2. Programming Verification: Ensuring that the machine is programmed correctly by verifying

the toolpaths, speeds, and feeds.

3. Material Loading: Loading raw materials into the machine and securing them properly for

machining.

4. Tool Setup: Installing and adjusting cutting tools in the machine's tool holders, ensuring they

are properly calibrated and aligned.

5. Machine Calibration: Performing routine checks and calibrations to ensure the accuracy and

precision of the machine's movements
