VMC Programmer - Bhilai Nagar

We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer to join our team in Bhilai Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and an . certification. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Programming VMC Machines: Write and modify programs for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to ensure accurate machining of parts according to specifications.

- Tool Selection: Choose appropriate tools and materials based on project requirements to enhance efficiency and accuracy during production.

- Machine Setup: Set up and calibrate VMC machines for operation, ensuring that all parameters are correctly adjusted for optimum performance.

- Quality Control: Inspect completed parts for quality and precision, using measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications.

- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve machine malfunctions or programming issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of programming changes, machining processes, and any maintenance performed on the machines to adhere to quality standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VMC programming and operation. They must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Candidates should be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Good communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with other team members and to report on machine performance. The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently is expected, as is a solid commitment to workplace safety protocols. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software will be advantageous.
