VMC Operator (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machinery with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up machines accurately.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.

Adjust machine settings to achieve desired tolerances and surface finishes.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.

Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a VMC operator in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
