VMC Machine Operator

we are looking for an experienced professional to operate and maintain vmc machines for producing high-quality precision parts.

your responsibilities will include: -

*operate vmc machines to produce components according to blueprints and specifications.

*machine setup and adjustment:

set up and adjust vmc machines for each job, including the selection and installation of cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

*quality assurance:

inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet dimensional and tolerance requirements. maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

*perform routine maintenance tasks on vmc machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.

safety and compliance:

*maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety in the workplace.

qualifications:

minimum experience should be 5 years.

proven experience as a vmc operator with programming skills.

ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
