Visiting Faculty - Part Time

- Deliver lectures to students: The visiting faculty member will be responsible for conducting lectures to students on the designated subject matter.

- Facilitate discussions and engage students: The candidate should actively engage students in discussions, facilitate group activities, and encourage participation during lectures.

- Prepare course materials: The visiting faculty member will develop and prepare course materials such as syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments to ensure effective teaching and learning.

- Assess student performance: Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects to track learning progress and provide feedback.

- Provide academic support: Offer academic support to students by responding to inquiries, providing additional resources, and guiding them in understanding complex topics.

Skills and Expectations:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field such as to qualify for the position.

- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively deliver lectures and engage students.

- Teaching experience: Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students, preferably 1-3 years, would be beneficial for the role.

- Passion for teaching: The candidate should have a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and helping them succeed in their academic pursuits.

- Time management: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and balance multiple responsibilities as a part-time visiting faculty member.
