We are seeking a Senior MIS Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. 1. Perform regular physical stock counts of iron and steel products in warehouses and storage facilities.2. Ensure accurate documentation of quantities and condition of stock during inventory counts.3. Identify and report any discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods to the inventory manager.4. Accurately input stock count data into inventory management systems.5. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.6. Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by providing accurate stock data for reorder decisions.7. Monitor and document all inbound and outbound stock movements of iron and steel materials.8. Collaborate with warehouse teams to track items as they are moved, stored, or shipped.9. Inspect the condition of iron and steel products during stock counting to detect damages, rust, or defects.10. Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.11. Participate in periodic physical audits of inventory to verify accuracy.12. Ensure that all stock counting activities comply with safety protocols and company policies.13. Suggest improvements for more efficient stock counting processes or inventory management practices.

1. Oversee the quality control and quality assurance processes across all refinery operations, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.2. Ensure that products and services meet the required specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.3. Ensure that team members are following the established quality control procedures, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.4. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure that quality standards are effectively implemented throughout the refinery.5. Oversee and manage the inspection and testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and final refinery products to ensure they meet the required specifications.6. Investigate and manage any non-conformance issues related to product quality, materials, or processes.7. Evaluate and qualify suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the refinery's quality standards and requirements.8. Conduct supplier audits and quality checks to ensure that materials and services provided by vendors are in compliance with the required quality specifications.9. Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and certifications related to product quality and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.10. Drive continuous improvement in quality processes by identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.11. Collaborate with the engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure that quality control measures are effectively integrated into the refinery's daily operations.12. Work closely with the production and maintenance departments to address quality-related issues and optimize production processes.
