Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and editing engaging content for digital platforms, social media, promotions, interviews, and events. You must have an eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate cameras and equipment for shoots (indoor/outdoor, live/studio).

2. Plan and execute video shoots independently or as part of a team.

3. Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, effects, and sound.

4. Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and subtitles as needed.

5. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand video requirements.

6. Manage media files, organize footage, and ensure timely delivery.

7. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

8. Maintain camera and editing equipment in good condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor

2. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

3. Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and microphones.

4. Understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for web and social media.

5. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and composition.

6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

7. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related field.

2. Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.

3. Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.

4. Creative mindset with attention to visual detail.
