The candidate must know how to handle professional camera know the must know the light effects positioning of the lights in a room, and then after shooting, they should know how to edit the video must know the YouTube posting and Instagram posting hashtags, thumbnail and others

CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN AGE OF 20 TO 40 & SHOULD BE WELL COMMAND IN HINDI. EXPERIENCED IN DIGITAL MEDIA WILL BE PREFERRED

Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Camera Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and editing engaging content for digital platforms, social media, promotions, interviews, and events. You must have an eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for visual media.Key Responsibilities:1. Operate cameras and equipment for shoots (indoor/outdoor, live/studio).2. Plan and execute video shoots independently or as part of a team.3. Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, effects, and sound.4. Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and subtitles as needed.5. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand video requirements.6. Manage media files, organize footage, and ensure timely delivery.7. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.8. Maintain camera and editing equipment in good condition.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. Proven experience as a Camera Operator.2. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.3. Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and microphones.4. Understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for web and social media.5. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and composition.6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.7. Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:1. Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related field.2. Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.3. Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.4. Creative mindset with attention to visual detail.

Good Knowledge of shoot videos, edit them, make them engaging with sound effects.You'll also need to edit, subtitle, repurpose and package them for other social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and youtube.Proficient with Adobe Premiere, digital graphics and aftereffects.Has a creative bent of mind.Has good editorial and digital sense.

Need a Cameraman for Youtube channel. Must have own camera. Any Sony camera would work
