• Maintaining stock count of RM, PM and FG at warehouse and with Contract manufacturers;

• Servicing the orders received online and offline in an effective manner;

• Handling Quality related Queries and inquires of customers/clients and getting resolution to the satisfaction of the client.

• Follow-up with the vendors and ensure procurement of prescribed quality and quantity.

• Co-ordinating with the internal department for shipments and dispatch.

• Preparing MIS reports.

• Maintaining and analyzing import Data.

• Taking Stock Audit at Warehouse on Quarterly basis

• Taking care of Production of stocks from FDA Documentations to Final Products made.

• Checking, controlling and maintaining account of Logistics and warehouse expenses.

• Coordinate with Contract manufacturers post completion of manufacturing for all batch related QC and Dispatch documentation and ensure it is all filed and readily available for reference whenever required.

• Coordinate with CFA s for Inter depot and Sale dispatches and check their bills before submitting to accounts for clearance.

• Check and compare physical and book stock at each CFA/warehouse and report shortages for taking action wherever required.

• Coordinate with Transporters to arrange dispatches on urgent as well as routine basis and check their bills before submitting to accounts for clearance

• Track goods while in transit till reaches destination and check for shortages in receipt (if any)

• Initiate purchases as per clear pre-defied processes and follow up with vendors for timely supplies and check and submit their bills to accounts for clearance;

• Maintain the sample set of each batch from all the manufacturers and its corresponding documents like Invoice, COA, etc.

• Ensure all the movement (like purchases, sales, purchase returns, etc.) of RM-PM-FG stock/Fixed Assets/ Samples going out or coming into the warehouse should be backed by proper and authorized documentation.
