Overseeing the used/pre-owned cars business operations with accountability of profitability, growth, forecasting monthly & annual target and executing within a given time frame.Entirely responsible for the profitability of the department by increasing revenues, reducing costs and expenses.Vendor Management like RTO, Agents, Brokers etc.Close monitoring on debtors, outstanding & responsible for clearance of the same.Minimizing the customer complaints and achieving high True Value CDI scoreResponsible for maintaining records of each and every customers documents as per Government and MSIL guidelineKeeping close monitoring on balance score card to achieve top band category in MSILOverall In-charge / Supervisor & managing authorities of True Value department.Qualification: Any Graduate - Diploma/BE in Automobile/Mechanical is preferred.
