UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX UI Designer to join our team in Sector 136. You will play a vital role in enhancing our digital products by creating user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, helping to inform design decisions.

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate user testing.

- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines while ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the product.

- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

- User Testing: Organize and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs based on user input.

- Documentation: Maintain clear design documentation to communicate design rationale and specifications for development.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.

- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices, along with the ability to create user personas and journey maps.

- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and a good sense of typography, color, and layout.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively share ideas with team members and stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
